How do I contact SBN support as a buyer?
1. Go to SAP for Me > click Sign In
2.Click the help icon (?) in the upper-right corner of the application.
3. If prompted, select a customer
4. In the Basic Information section, fill in the basic details about the issue
5. Choose Continue
You'll find the best support channel recommendation for your issue. This recommendation is determined based on the AI and data from previous cases.
Also, alternative channels for you to choose from are listed.
6. Click create a case > Complete the Detailed Information section > click Continue Attach a file (optional) > Click Continue > Complete your contact information Click Continue > Submit Case.
