What do I do if technical issues prevent me from placing a bid in an auction?
Try browser troubleshooting to help resolve common issues. If you are still not able to participate in a live auction, contact Ariba Customer Support. If you are unable to resolve the issue quickly, please contact your Buyer to request a time extension.
It is up to the discretion of the buyer whether or not they will grant the time extension.
