# I am a buyer user and I would like to reset a worker's password

## Symptom

Buyer would like to reset the password for a worker

## Resolution

A buyer with user permission can resets a worker's password:

1. Click **View** > **Workers**
2. Use the filters to locate the worker and then click **Worker ID**
3. Click **Actions** > **Reset Password**
4. A password reset email will be sent to the email for that worker

If you do not have user permission, contact your [Program Management Office (PMO)](https://support.fieldglass.com/Help_Center/Fieldglass/item/KB0345819) or an administrator user in your company
