If you cannot access an RFx Event, please try to clear your cache and history, and close your browser. Then, log back in using the link in the email you have received from Ariba / Air Canada. You can also use a different browser.
If you have not received the Ariba link, look in your Junk / Spam Email Box and make sure you can receive emails from @ansmtp.ariba.com.
