Welcome to the Supplier Information Portal that provides information for all suppliers conducting business with Rio Tinto. For your organization, this means the traditional way of transacting with us is changing fundamentally. On this site you will find information regarding the transformation, as well as, a number of tools to help answer any of the questions you may have.
Migration to the new UI will occur in stages. While Rio Tinto has not yet migrated its suppliers, you may be moved to the new UI if you transact with another buyer who has already migrated.
The training content on this page applies to the legacy UI and may not match what you see. If the screenshots and videos from the links below do not match what you see, it means you are using an account with the new UI, please refer to the SAP supplier resource page for the latest training materials.
The easiest way to identify whether you are using the Legacy UI or the new NextGen UI is by checking your account Home page banner, as they are significantly different. Please see the picture below.
