Error Code "CIG-PLT-00613" for production documents.

You get below error when transacting production documents in CIG for the first time

No Standard Mapping available for the Buyer XXX - XXXX.. Suggested Action : Please check if the correct AddOn Version has been provided for Basic Data in your CIG Profile. Click on your profile Name -> Select Basic Data -> Check and verify Trading Partner System Information. Error Code :CIG-PLT-00613. CIG project status should be "In Production". This is the reason for the above when transacting production documents for the first time

To check if the respective project is "In Production" status. If not, to follow below steps to move the project to production.

1. Ensure you check all the connections are correct both for test and production in the "connection" tab in the project.
2. Ensure you selected the correct realm details
3. Click on "skip test" results page to see the "Buyer self test" results page.
4. Send a test transaction from your test ERP and once the test is successful the transaction will be captured in buyer self-test results page in CIG project
5. You should then see the go live button, once you click on Go-live button the project will move to production

It is not possible to test production documents without moving the project to production.
