I cannot see the Go Live button to move a SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network Project Status to In Production?

You cannot see the Go Live button because the prerequisites are not met. The button only appears after you complete at least one successful test transaction for a Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Project and the system scheduler captures the results in the Buyer Test Results page.

You must complete at least one successful test transaction for a Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Project. For example, PurchaseOrderExportRequest, QuoteRequest, etc.

It may take up to an hour for the scheduler to capture test results in the Buyer Test Results page before the Go Live button is enabled.

To move the Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Project to In Production Status, you follow these steps:

1. Click Home > My Projects > Select on Project > Edit.
2. Click Next until you reach the Test > Buyer Self Test page.
3. Confirm a successful manual test result is captured against the Document Type with Status .

You should then see the Go Live button at the bottom of the Buyer Self Test page:

1. Click Go Live > OK.
2. Verify the Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Project Status is now In Production.

If the Go Live button does not appear after meeting all conditions, clearing your browser cache or opening a new Managed Gateway for Spend&Network session in another browser can help.
