I am getting the following error message when checking a transaction in the Transaction Tracker in Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG): CIG-PLT-00641
The error CIG-PLT-00641 happens when CIG is not able to find a valid connection, CIG uses the system ID from the payload, so if this system ID is not configured in the connections the transaction failed. This also happens when we are using transactions in testing and we don't have a project in testing status or if we are using transactions in production and we do not have a project in production status
