I am getting the following error message when checking a transaction in the Transaction Tracker in SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network: CIG-PLT-00641

The error CIG-PLT-00641 happens when Managed Gateway for Spend&Network is not able to find a valid connection, Managed Gateway for Spend&Network uses the system ID from the payload, so if this system ID is not configured in the connections the transaction failed. This also happens when we are using transactions in testing and we don't have a project in testing status or if we are using transactions in production and we do not have a project in production status

The error CIG-PLT-00641 happens in different scenarios, below are the common issues related to this message:

• Error: "AN010000XX-T associated Connection is not configured or saved"
  
  • Invoices failing due to wrong System ID in the payload
• Error: "The Supplier: AN01000 and the Buyer: AN01000 associated Connection is not configured or saved."
  
  • For messages from Suppliers
• Error: "The Supplier: AN01402XXXXXX and the Buyer: AN01052XXXXXX associated Connection is not configured or saved.."
  
  • Supplier Purchase Orders failing in Production
