Integration Documents
Business Network offers the possibility to integrate with your back-end ERP system via cXML or EDI, for automatic exchange of electronic documents. You can access integration guides from the resource list on the link above. Integrated suppliers should also reference the Business Network Supplier Guide to configure a test account; testing is required for cXML and EDI transactions.

Catalog Documents
Catalogs are text files stored on Business Network (CIF) or on your own website (PunchOut) that describe your products, services, and prices. This allows customers to easily place orders with your company. You can access catalog guides and documentation from the link below.

    • Effective August 19, 2021, please expect response to your inquiry from PayPal Technology paypal@service-now.com. Please work with your IT team to whitelist as necessary to ensure you are able to receive emails from paypal@service-now.com domain going forward.
  • How do I register, configure my account, or transact with PayPal? Contact the Enablement Team at PayPal Supplier Enablement Assistance.
  • My account is not working properly, and I have a technical issue: Contact the Support Team by clicking on the question mark in the upper right-hand corner of your account then Support to submit a Case to Support.
