Symptom

I cannot see the full list of permissions when creating a User Role.

Cause

There is no trading relationship established with a customer at this time.

Resolution

A trading relationship must be established first with a SAP Business Network Buyer account. Once the relationship is established, the account administrator will see the complete list of five pages available in the permissions section.
