How to do mapping for RequisitionBudgetCheckExportRequest using Cloud Integration Gateway(CIG) Mapping tool?

RequisitionBudgetCheckExportRequest wasn't yet supported via CIG Mapping tool. From September 2021 onward, a feature was enabled for the RequisitionBudgetCheckExportRequest to be supported in the CIG Mapping Tool.
