How do I delete/clear my browser's cookies and cache?

We recommend deleting your browser's temporary Internet files, cookies, cache, and history regularly for optimal performance.

In Google Chrome:

1. In the upper right corner, click More () > More tools > Clear browsing data.
2. In the Time range dropdown, choose All time.
3. Under the Basic tab, tick the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
4. Click Clear Data.
5. After the browser finishes deleting your history, log out of your Ariba account and close your browser.
6. Open Google Chrome up again.

In Firefox:

1. In the upper right corner, click the menu button () > Settings.
2. Click Privacy & Security.
3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data.
4. Tick the boxes for Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content > Clear.
5. After the browser finishes deleting your history, log out of your Ariba account and close your browser.
6. Open Mozila up again.

In Microsoft Edge:

1. In the upper right corner, click More () > Settings.
2. Click Privacy, search and services.
3. Scroll down to the Clear browsing data section > Choose what to clear.
4. In the Time range dropdown, choose All time.
5. Tick the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files > Clear now.
6. Open Microsoft Edge up again.

Make sure that you always use a certified version of your internet browser.

To quickly access your browser's clearing section, you can press Ctrl + Shift + Del keys on your keyboard.
