You use the Site Manager workspace to manage data import and export tasks, run scheduled tasks, view the audit log, and manage user sessions. Members of the Customer Administrator, Integration Admin (all data import/export tasks), and Currency Manager (only currency data import/export tasks) groups have access to this workspace.

Data Import/Export

You use data import tasks to load data, such as users, suppliers, and commodity codes, to your site. Depending on the import operation you choose, you can create, update, or deactivate data. Data export tasks give you a snapshot of the active data in your site, and the exported file generally serves as a template for the corresponding data import task.

After you run a task, click Refresh Status to check the status of the task. An exclamation mark (!) indicates that the task completed with errors or warnings.

Scheduled Tasks

Scheduled tasks are used to perform specific administrative or maintenance tasks. You can run certain scheduled tasks manually, without waiting for the next scheduled run time. Additionally, you have access to view details and the status of the last run for each scheduled task. Scheduled tasks that do not appear in this area either cannot be run manually or appear only for Ariba Customer Support.

Audit Log

The audit log captures user login activities and actions taken in the site. Search the audit log and export the data to a spreadsheet to monitor user activity.

User Sessions

See which users are currently logged in to your site. Use the Disconnect button to log a user out of the site. You cannot disconnect your own session using this action.
