How do I manage commodity codes in the user interface?

1. Go to Manage > Core Administration > Commodity Code Manager > Commodity Codes
2. Search an existing commodity code by ID or name and click Edit, or click Create New to create a new commodity code.
3. Add or update the domain, ID, name, and parent information.
4. To make the commodity code available for users, set the Enabled radio button to Yes. Otherwise, to hide the commodity code, set this field to No.
5. Click Save.

• If you have a multi-ERP setup (parent and child sites), make sure to create and enable commodity codes at the parent site level. Changes to commodity codes in the parent site are replicated to the appropriate child sites within five to ten minutes.
