Who do I contact for help as a supplier?

Contact your customer if you have questions about:

• Invoice payments
• Invoice rejections
• Missing purchase orders or purchase order details that need to be changed

Contact your account administrator if you have questions about:

• Being added as a sub user to an already existing account
• Your account settings and permissions
• Resetting your password

If you are the administrator, you control the settings for yourself and all other users on your company's account.
