How to Send a Trading Relationship Request (TRR) to a Supplier already registered on SAP Business Network?

Follow the steps below to sent Trading Relationship Request (TRR) to a Supplier already registered on SAP Business Network.

1. Sign in to your SAP Business Network buyer account.
2. Navigate to Supplier Enablement > Active Relationships, then click on Classic View.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Search for Suppliers.
4. In the Search Suppliers page, input values in any relevant fields, such as the supplier ANID and click Search.

A list of matching suppliers will be displayed. Note: Suppliers already you are current related with or in the pending list will not appear. To send a trading relationship reqeust:

1. Locate the intended supplier in the search results.
2. Click Request Relationship to initiate a relationship request with the supplier.
3. Click Done to complete the process.
