How do I configure my email notification for collaboration request?
To set up email notifications for collaboration request:
- Click [Initials] > Settings in the upper-right corner of the application
- Click Notifications
- Click Network tab
- Check the boxes for Send a notification when a new collaboration request against an existing order is received, Send a notification when collaboration requests are received, and add your email address.
You can enter up to three comma-separated email addresses per field.
- If you are a sub-user and can't configure the notification preferences, please contact the account administrator to grant you the necessary permission.
- Collaboration Request may not appear if there is no customer relationship or buyer has not sent the any collaboration requests to you through SAP Business Network.
