My payment for Promote did not go through. How do I get support?

I am having trouble purchasing promote, how can I contact support?

Rješenje

If you are experiencing issues when making payment for promote, please click Contact Us in the lower right corner of your screen. Then click Contact Support.

You will be navigated to a new page, showing a Contact Form.

  1. Under I would like help with, choose Purchasing an SAP Solution.
  2. Under I have a question about, choose Checkout, billing and payment.
  3. Under Details, give a brief description of the error you are experiencing.
  4. Upload screenshots if available.
  5. Enter your email.
  6. Click Create Support Request.

You will see a confirmation screen that your request has been created. You will be contacted within 24 hours.
