How do I cancel my SAP Business Network, promote subscription? I do not want to renew my promote subscription.

The benefits of SAP Business Network, promote subscription are available for a one-year period after purchase. You can cancel your automatic renewal of the promote subscription following the steps below:

1. Click the Store tab at the top of the page.
2. Click View my subscription. Under the Subscriptions tab, you will see your promote subscription details.
3. On the right side of the screen, click the blue trash can icon.
4. Review and click Confirm.

No refunds will be granted after an SAP Business Network, promote subscription is purchased. If you cancel a promote subscription before the renewal date, your account will still have access to all promote subscription benefits until the renewal date.
