How do I cancel my Business Network, Promote subscription? I do not want to renew my promote subscription.

After purchasing Business Network, Promote, your subscription is valid for one year and will be auto-renewed.

To cancel the automatic renewal:

1. Click Store at the top of the page.
2. Click View my subscription, under the Subscriptions tab, you will see your promote subscription details.
3. Click blue trash can icon under Action.
4. Review and click Confirm.

Alternatively, you can go directly to the Service Subscriptions page to cancel it.

No refunds will be granted after your Business Network, Promote subscription is cancelled. If you cancel a promote subscription before the renewal date, your account will still have access to all promote subscription benefits until the renewal date.
