If you are using ITK for integrating your ERP systems with SAP Ariba cloud solutions to exchange master and transactional data via CSV file upload and download, we would like to highlight the below information. Also, additional details can be found in the FAQ.

End of support means SAP Ariba Integration Toolkit (ITK) will not be supported by SAP support or consulting teams after December 31, 2023.

Before December 31, 2023

• Only critical security issues will be addressed between now and December 31, 2023.
• ITK has been removed from SAP official download sites with no exceptions.
• There are no planned releases for SAP Ariba Integration Toolkit (ITK).

After December 31, 2023

• There will be no new features or bug fixes provided, and there will be no enhancements for security or compliance to the latest standards.

End of Support for SAP Ariba Integration Toolkit (ITK) (EV18584931)

ITK End of Support Date: December 31, 2023

1. Customers will need to know if they are using ITK to integrate their ERP with Ariba solutions and plan to migrate from ITK to SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network or SAP Integration Suite.
   
   To identify ITK usage:
   • Customers' SAP Ariba admins can check the realm integration configuration on the Data Import/Export page. Look for aribaintegrationtoolkit.jar in the file systems:

2. For SAP ERP customers, SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network can be used for integrating ERP with Ariba solutions. Please find Managed Gateway for Spend&Network resources here.
3. For Non-SAP ERP and ad-hoc integrations with SAP Ariba or Intelligent Spend and Business Network solutions, following options can be used:
