What are the necessary steps to add the new Subaccounts to SAP Cloud Connector for Managed Gateway for Spend&Network integration?
As part of the planned event (EV15734492/EV16103960), SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network has increased the number of CPI instances (tenants) to improve the application's performance. So, it is required to add these new subaccounts to your cloud connector in addition to the existing ones to avoid disruption in receiving the documents from Managed Gateway for Spend&Network. Please note this is only required for Managed Gateway for Spend&Network customers using ERP/S4Hana integration through SAP Cloud Connector. Ariba -> Managed Gateway for Spend&Network -> Cloud connector -> ERP. To know which Managed Gateway for Spend&Network data center you are connected to, please log in to your Managed Gateway for Spend&Network account, and if the URL in the address bar shows https://integration.ariba.com, then you are connected to Managed Gateway for Spend&Network EU. If it shows https://integration-us.ariba.com, then you are connected to Managed Gateway for Spend&Network US DC.
For this, the following subaccounts must be added to your SAP Cloud Connector (note that these steps are exclusively for SAP Cloud Connector. You must only add the subaccounts related to your Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Datacenter (US or EU) to which your ERP is connected. This change does not apply if you are integrating via CPI, PI/PO, or any custom middleware (not using a cloud connector ).

Please follow the below steps carefully to add the new subaccounts (which are also informed in the above notifications):
1. Log on to Cloud Connector;
2. Choose the Add Subaccount button;
3. Enter the Region, Subaccount, Subaccount User (P-user), Password, Display Name, Location ID, and Description as listed above;
4. Make sure to use the same Location ID that you had previously configured in CIG;
5. Choose Save;
6. In the Cloud To On-Premise section, update your virtual system into the internal system mapping;
7. In the “Resources accessible on” section, maintain the access path;
8. For Steps 6 and 7, provide the same values you have maintained for other Managed Gateway for Spend&Network subaccounts;
9. Repeat steps 2-8 for the remaining subaccount(s).
