How do I edit or delete a user in my SAP Business Network supplier account?

As an account administrator, how do I edit or delete existing users in my SAP Business Network supplier account?

Resolution

If you want to delete a user, you must first configure the retention period. Please follow the steps described in How to configure retention period for revoked users in SAP Business Network supplier account before proceeding.

To delete an existing user in an SAP Business Network supplier account:

  1. In the upper-right corner of the application, click [User Initials].
  2. Select Settings > Users.
  3. Open the Manage Users tab.
  4. Locate the user you want to remove and click Actions > Delete.
  5. Click Save to confirm.
