How do I change my company's Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) authentication settings in SAP Business Network?
As the SAP Business Network account administrator, you can configure specific MFA settings: the maximum time (in days) for users to skip MFA after enabled, the maximum number of invalid login attempts, the retry period (in minutes) for users not to be locked, and others.
In order to do this, follow the steps below:
2. Click the Manage User Authentication tab
3. Click Configure MFA Settings
The Configure Multi-factor Authentication Settings page will appear.
You can also keep the default configuration for any of these fields, if you prefer.
Multi-factor authentication is a two-step verification process where users are required to authenticate themselves a second time using a time-based verification code. As compared to the single step authentication process, the multi-factor authentication process provides enhanced security. You can enable MFA for all or some of your users in SAP Business Network.
