You can view your bid ranking by following these steps:
- Access the event.
- Ensure you have completed all steps of the Checklist in the left-side menu until you reach the Submit Response or Submit Bids item. This is generally step 4, but it may vary depending on how the auction was structured by the buyer.
- Scroll through the content using the scroll bar on the right side until you find the lot you are interested in.
- Click on the lot number you wish to view.
- Verify if you have successfully submitted a bid for that specific lot in order to display your position.
Your bid ranking will be displayed in a yellow bar following My Bid Rank.
If the auction is item-line-based, your ranking number will appear next to the current bid in parentheses.
If the ranking is still not visible after following all the steps above:
- In the left-side Checklist, click on Review Event Details. At the bottom of the page, you will find details and rules defined by the buyer for the event in the following sections: Event Overview and Timing Rules, Bidding Rules, and Market Feedback; or
- Contact the buyer to confirm whether the rule to display participant rankings is enabled. If the buyer has disabled this option, your position will not be visible.
You can only see your rank in a competitive auction if the buyer allows it on the Market Feedback rules at the template level. If so, you can find your rank in the rank column next to the price.
