How do I submit my tax exemption certificate for my SAP Business Network bill?

In order to submit your tax exemption certificate, please follow the steps below:

1. 1. Log into SAP Business Network:
   2. In the upper-right corner of the application, click [user initials] > Service Subscriptions.
   3. Click Documents at the top of the page.
   4. Click Select File to upload your tax exemption certificate document.
   5. Choose your file and click Open in your file finder.
   6. You will see the file attached. Click Send.

You will see a green banner showing that your file was successfully sent.

Please contact your Account Administrator for access to your Service Subscriptions dashboard, you must have the Premium Membership and Services Management permission.
