User assigned to Customer Administrator group unable to update parameter using Intelligent Configuration Manager in production realm.

By design, if customer administrators access this capability in a production site they will have read only access and will not be able to make changes directly in production sites.

You must follow the workflow from test realm to develop, test, and deploy the parameter change to the associated production site.
