Organization Change Message documents fail in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network (formerly called Cloud Integration Gateway) with the following error:

No Standard Mapping available for the Buyer <ANxxxxxxxxxxx>.. Suggested Action : Please check if the correct AddOn Version has been provided for Basic Data in your Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Profile. Click on your profile Name -> Select Basic Data -> Check and verify Trading Partner System Information. Error Code : CIG-PLT-00613. Managed Gateway for Spend&Network's transaction tracker

The Business Network End Points are configured to send these documents to Managed Gateway for Spend&Network, but there are no mappings available for this document type as Organization Change Message is not supported by Managed Gateway for Spend&Network yet.

You must update your End Point settings in Business Network by following the below steps:

1. Sign in to the buyer's account.
2. Click [user initials] > Manage Profile.
3. Click Business Application IDs and End Points(cXML and OData Setup).
4. Under the Actions column, click End Points for the System ID to be updated.
5. Click Configure Document Routing.
6. For document type Message for Organization Change, change the selection from All End Points to a different end point in the list.
7. Click OK > Done > Save.

Subscription Change Message is also not yet supported by Managed Gateway for Spend&Network.
