How do I set up my legal profile?

You need to complete a two-step process to establish a valid legal profile:

Creating an Additional Entities:

1. Sign in to your SAP Business Network account.
2. Click [user initials] > Company Profile.
3. Navigate to Additional Entities tab.
4. Click Create (or select the existing address in Additional Entities list and click Edit if there is an existing entry) to configure additional supplier addresses.
5. Complete all required mandatory fields marked with asterisk (*), click Create.

Complete the Country Configuration:

1. Navigate to Country Configuration tab in Company Profile page.
2. Click Create.
3. In the Country/Region and Company Name fields, select the corresponding content created under Additional Entities.
4. Click Continue.
5. Enter details for the required fields, click Create.

• For the selected country and company name, some of the fields are prepopulated. This information is captured from the company details provided under Additional Entities. This field replaces the former Additional Addresses.
