How do I view my customer relationships?
To view your customer relationships, follow these instructions:
- In the upper-right corner of the application, click [user initials] > Settings and select Customer Relationships.
- View your Customer List Pending, Approved, and Rejected requests under each corresponding heading.
If you don't see the Customer Relationships option, it may be because:
- Your customer has not sent the trading relationship request to your ANID. In order to establish a trading relationship with a customer, see How do I add a new customer?
- You are a sub-user on your company's SAP Business Network account. Contact your account administrator to get the Customer Administration permission enabled to your sub-user role in order view Customer Relationships. The Customer Administration permission is located on the second page of Permissions.
If you can only see specific customer relationships, your account administrator will have to update the assigned customers to your sub-user profile. If you do not know who your account administrator is, review Who is my company's account administrator?
