Für die Abrechnung für mehrere Organisationen:

• Obere Gebührenlimits werden in allen über- und untergeordneten Konten als eine Beziehung betrachtet.
  
  Beispiel: Im übergeordneten Konto und in zwei untergeordneten Konten wurde für Kunde A 20.000 $ als oberes Gebührenlimit festgelegt. Da im übergeordneten Konto das Limit bereits erreicht wurde, schreibt SAP Ariba den beiden untergeordneten Konten den gesamten Betrag gut. 
  
  
• Wenn Sie ein Konto für mehrere Organisationen eingerichtet haben, werden Sie einem SAP-Ariba-Experten zugeordnet, der die Gebührenlimits für Sie verwaltet. Sie erhalten keine automatisierten Benachrichtigungen mehr, da Ihr Experte sich um sämtliche Korrespondenz rund um die Abrechnung kümmert.

If you are currently enrolled in multi-org billing:

• Fee caps are considered across the parent and all child accounts as if it were one relationship.
  
  Example: If the parent account caps with Customer A at $20K and two of its child accounts also cap at $20K with Customer A, Ariba credits the two child accounts in full since the parent is already capped.
  
  
• Once you are set up as a multi-org account, you are assigned an Ariba specialist who manages fee caps for you. You no longer receive automated notices—all billing correspondence is with your assigned specialist.
