Transaction Service 的每年每客戶關係訂購費用上限為 $20,000。 若您有多個大量客戶達到費用上限層級,您需每年為每位客戶支付 $20,000 的費用。
針對多組織帳單:
- 父帳號和所有子帳號間的費用上限會視為同一交易關係,
範例: 若父帳號與客戶 A 的上限為 $20K,其兩個子帳號與客戶 A 的上限也為 $20K,由於父帳號已達上限,因此 Ariba 會針對兩個子帳號貸記全額。
- 一旦您設定為多組織帳號,將為您指派一名 Ariba 專家,負責管理費用。 您將不會再收到自動通知,指派的專家會成為所有帳單通訊的窗口。
If you are currently enrolled in multi-org billing:
- Fee caps are considered across the parent and all child accounts as if it were one relationship.
Example: If the parent account caps with Customer A at $20K and two of its child accounts also cap at $20K with Customer A, Ariba credits the two child accounts in full since the parent is already capped.
- Once you are set up as a multi-org account, you are assigned an Ariba specialist who manages fee caps for you. You no longer receive automated notices—all billing correspondence is with your assigned specialist.
