How do I schedule a report to send emails to certain users?
To schedule a report:
- Navigate to the Public Reports or your Personal Workspace from the Manage menu.
- Click the report name, and select Run in Background.
- Configure the report schedule.
- Add Recipient users (users with access to the site) and Recipient email addresses (users with no site access).
- Click Save.
Members of the Report Administrator and Analysis Administrator groups have access to edit the schedule for existing scheduled reports.
