How to add or remove the scheduled reports recipient email address?


Resolution

To add new receivers in a scheduled report, perform the below steps:

  1. Go to Manage > Administration > Reporting Manager > Scheduled Reports
  2. You'll have the list of all scheduled reports with the information: Name, Schedule, Scheduler, Last Run Time , Next Run Time
  3. You could search the report name you'd like to modify the receipts and click on the schedule information and it will open the schedule configuration
  4. Under the Report Details section, you'll see the Recipient user and Recipient email address

    1. To modify the Recipient user names, click on [select] option
      1. Under the Currently Selected list on the right side, uncheck the ones you'd like to remove from the recipients list
      2. Under the Add to Currently Selected list on the left side, search the name or email address and check the ones you'd like to remove from the recipients list
      3. After the changes, click Done

    2. To modify the Recipient email address just delete the email address listed or add the email address, please kindly note the list of email addresses should be separated by commas.
  5. After all the changes, click Save
