Can we add the Comments field to reports, such as Requisition, Purchase Order, Invoice, or Contract fact in Analytical reports?

Comments, both header-level and line-level, are not currently available for reporting and cannot be pulled into reporting via customization. Please consider one of the following alternatives:

• Contact Ariba Customer Support to request a new, custom, text box on a particular document. This custom field can be marked as reportable, and users can enter any comments in this box instead of using the default comments functionality. If desired, multiple, custom fields can be implemented. Each box can store a maximum of 1,000 characters of text.
• Otherwise, please submit an Enhancement Request (ER) on Ariba Connect, which would cause the inclusion of default comments in reporting to be considered for a future release.

The Comments field is just available for Sourcing in the Task Approvals fact, for further information check the SAP Article Can I report on comments in tasks?
