How do I update administrator information on SAP Business Network?


การแก้ไขปัญหา
Sign in as the administrator to SAP Business Network supplier account:
  1. Click [User Initials] in the upper-right corner and select My Account.
  2. Update the information.
  3. Click Save.

If you have updated the Email Address field, you will receive a confirmation email to the updated email address with the subject line: Confirmation of your Updated Email Address. Click on the included link to confirm your updated email address. The link will expire in 72 hours.

If you are not the administrator, you will need to contact them. Click [User Initials] in the upper-right corner of the application, and select Contact Administrator.

If you use SAP Ariba Sourcing to participate in events (bids, auctions, RFPs, ect.), please be advised that changing the username could disconnect you from customers you are already connected with.
