• Work Order (i.e. your assignment) may be not approved and activated yet.
• The invitation was sent to another email address.
• Email went to your spam or junk folder.

Contact your staffing agency (the firm you are working through on contract) because they will be able to:

1. Advise on the status of your assignment
2. Resend the registration email if needed
