How do I turn on SAP Fieldglass notifications for my user?
Symptom
- I want emails from my Fieldglass account
- I do not receive email notifications
Resolution
- Sign into SAP Fieldglass
- Click Profile (circle with your initials) > Settings
- Locate the Notification section > Edit
- Tick the Email checkbox for notifications you want to receive
- If Email is enabled, but you still do not receive notifications, contact your Program Management Office (PMO)
- Click Update
