Symptom

When a supplier or worker user clicks on the Security ID field, they receive Error: Define error message for Security ID, in case of mismatch

Cause

The buyer has not configured instructions and error message for when the Security ID is being entered

Resolution

Buyer users with the admin configuration permission can configure the error message:

Click Admin Configuration (gear icon) > Custom Text
Click Company Default > Edit
Change Section filter to Security ID
Enter the Assigned value for Define error message for Security ID, in case of mismatch
Click Update

Note: If you do not see the Security ID section, please open a case with SAP Fieldglass Support team
