• Job Seeker receives a message when entering their Security ID even when it matches the format in the error message: Please enter MMDDLLNNN where MMDD represents the birth month and birth day, LL represents the first 2 letters of the last name, and NNN represents the last 3 digits of the SSN or tax ID. • How do I update the error and warning message that workers receive when activating their account

The Security ID format configured by the buyer does not match the format stated in the error message

Buyer administrator user can correct the Security ID error message

1. Sign in SAP Fieldglass > click Admin Configuration (gear icon)
2. Click Custom text
3. Click Company Default link under Name > Edit
   
   • If you have more than one language, choose the row for the language to update
4. Change Section to Security ID
5. Update the value for Define error message for Security ID, in case of mismatch and Define guidelines for entering Security ID
6. Click Update
