With this release, the Transaction Monitoring API, which enables Ariba Network to monitor SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration transactions across the network, will be deprecated. This API will be decommissioned one year from the date of deprecation. We recommend the Integration Event Monitoring Query API for Procurement as an alternative to customers who are already using or planning to use the Transaction Monitoring API.

Enforced Anti-Virus Scanning in SAP Ariba Solutions [PS-15406]
This feature enforces the use of anti-virus scanning in SAP Ariba solutions. SAP Ariba scans all files uploaded using both the user interface and the SAP Ariba integration toolkit. If a virus or malware is detected when a file is uploaded, SAP Ariba displays a warning message indicating that the file is infected. Uploaded files are scanned for viruses by streaming the file contents to the virus scanning engine, so no local copies of the file are saved prior to being scanned. If a virus is detected, the file is automatically purged from the system.
