Customers need to update all HTTP URLs, including vanity URLs, to HTTPS, and reconfigure your outbound endpoint URLs to HTTPS before the October SP release to ensure that SAP Ariba can transmit data, receive data, and display URLs in the user interface and email messages. If you continue to use the decommissioned ciphers after August 2023, the TLS handshake process for API Gateway calls will fail and the API calls will not be completed and all API integrations will fail. |

Reusability of line-item forms in guided buying [GB-5252] Administrators can now create multiple line item (ReqForm) tiles that link to the same custom form. Previously, these tiles each linked to a separate form, which might have required you to create numerous forms that performed the same function. The ability to reuse forms by linking them to multiple tiles makes guided buying easier to configure and maintain. Note: Feature becoming mandatory with the 2311 GA release. |

Enforced Anti-Virus Scanning in SAP Ariba Solutions [PS-15406] This feature enforces the use of anti-virus scanning in SAP Ariba solutions. SAP Ariba scans all files uploaded using both the user interface and the SAP Ariba integration toolkit. If a virus or malware is detected when a file is uploaded, SAP Ariba displays a warning message indicating that the file is infected. Uploaded files are scanned for viruses by streaming the file contents to the virus scanning engine, so no local copies of the file are saved prior to being scanned. If a virus is detected, the file is automatically purged from the system. |
