This feature enables the transfer of top BOM item information in product sourcing BOMs, which is mapped to specific terms in SAP Ariba Sourcing project templates, to sourcing events when buyers create a BOM quote. This information, in addition to the standard BOM information obtained from product sourcing, helps buyers to create a price acceptance scenario successfully for awarding the sourcing event.

The My Materials action Tile displays the total number of materials owned by the logged in user and provides quick access to this list of materials.

   Enhancement to BOM quote functionality [DMS-17827]
With this feature, buyers can now view and modify the actual quantities of the leaf-level components of a BOM when requesting BOM quotes from suppliers. Also, while working in a BOM quote event, costs are displayed in the currency that the event owner has configured for the event.
