This feature allows buyers administrators to require that their suppliers electronically sign quality inspection results before submitting them. Electronic signatures help guarantee the truthfulness of information displayed in documents and are often required by regulatory entities.
Digital signature is used by many customers from different industries to guarantee the truthfulness, veracity, and authenticity of the information displayed in a document, but most importantly the digital signature is a key element to regulatory entities. This is something that is not currently available for customers using quality collaboration.
Ability to digitally sign the inspection result document before submitting inspection result.

De inkoperbeheerder heeft een DocuSign-licentie.
De inkoperbeheerder heeft zijn API-account-ID voor DocuSign ingevoerd op de configuratiepagina voor DocuSign-integratie. De inkoperbeheerder heeft ook een geheime DocuSign-sleutel ingesteld en ingevoerd op de pagina Configuratie DocuSign-integratie.
De inkoperbeheerder heeft een DocuSign-account voor de leveranciersbeheerder gemaakt en het bevoegdheidsprofiel DocuSign DS Sender aan de account toegewezen. DocuSign-accountgebruikers met dit machtigingsprofiel kunnen te ondertekenen documenten verzenden.
