Electronic signatures for quality inspections using DocuSign

Feature Description

This feature allows buyers administrators to require that their suppliers electronically sign quality inspection results before submitting them. Electronic signatures help guarantee the truthfulness of information displayed in documents and are often required by regulatory entities.

Customer Problem

Digital signature is used by many customers from different industries to guarantee the truthfulness, veracity, and authenticity of the information displayed in a document, but most importantly the digital signature is a key element to regulatory entities. This is something that is not currently available for customers using quality collaboration.

Prerequisites

The buyer administrator has a DocuSign license.

The buyer administrator has entered their DocuSign API Account ID on the DocuSign Integration Setup page. The buyer administrator has also set up a DocuSign secret key and entered it on the DocuSign Integration Setup page.

The buyer administrator has created a DocuSign account for the supplier administrator and assigned the DocuSign DS Sender permission profile to it. DocuSign account users with this permission profile can send documents to be signed.
