This feature enables suppliers participating in email bidding events to attach supporting files as a .zip package to their bid response emails. Suppliers can specify the exact names of the supporting files in the relevant fields of the Excel file, add the supporting files to a single .zip file, and send the updated Excel file and the .zip file as attachments to the reply email.
There is currently no support for supplier attachments in email bidding, which means buyers either can't leverage the feature, or have to manage attachments separately with their suppliers.
Allow suppliers to submit attachments when bidding by email, so that the entire bidding process can happen via email, which eliminates a lot of confusion and effort for both buyers and suppliers.

Denne funksjonen støttes i det klassiske SAP Ariba Sourcing-brukergrensesnittet og brukergrensesnittet for veiledet sourcing. Hvis du vil bruke denne funksjonen i brukergrensesnittet for veiledet sourcing, må området ha veiledet sourcing aktivert, og du må være medlem av gruppen Kategorikjøper.
For kjøpere: Spørsmål eller artikkelvilkår som har svartype som sertifikat, støttes ikke.
