This feature enables suppliers participating in email bidding events to attach supporting files as a .zip package to their bid response emails. Suppliers can specify the exact names of the supporting files in the relevant fields of the Excel file, add the supporting files to a single .zip file, and send the updated Excel file and the .zip file as attachments to the reply email.
There is currently no support for supplier attachments in email bidding, which means buyers either can't leverage the feature, or have to manage attachments separately with their suppliers.
Allow suppliers to submit attachments when bidding by email, so that the entire bidding process can happen via email, which eliminates a lot of confusion and effort for both buyers and suppliers.

De ICM-parameter Application.ACM.EmailBiddingWithStandardExcel moet zijn ingeschakeld. Zie Bieden via e-mail met standaard Excel-biedingenblad inschakelen voor meer informatie.
De volgende globale biedingsregels moeten dienovereenkomstig worden geconfigureerd:
- 'Leveranciers toestaan om biedingen in te dienen via e-mail' moet zijn ingeschakeld.
- Moeten deelnemers hun bod verbeteren, dan moet deze optie zijn uitgeschakeld
Deze functie wordt ondersteund in de klassieke gebruikersinterface van SAP Ariba Sourcing en de gebruikersinterface voor begeleide sourcing. Als u deze functie wilt gebruiken in de gebruikersinterface voor begeleide sourcing, moet begeleide sourcing zijn ingeschakeld en moet u lid zijn van de groep Categorie-inkoper.
Voor inkopers: vragen of itemvoorwaarden met antwoordtype Certificaat worden niet ondersteund.
