This feature enables suppliers participating in email bidding events to attach supporting files as a .zip package to their bid response emails. Suppliers can specify the exact names of the supporting files in the relevant fields of the Excel file, add the supporting files to a single .zip file, and send the updated Excel file and the .zip file as attachments to the reply email.
There is currently no support for supplier attachments in email bidding, which means buyers either can't leverage the feature, or have to manage attachments separately with their suppliers.
Allow suppliers to submit attachments when bidding by email, so that the entire bidding process can happen via email, which eliminates a lot of confusion and effort for both buyers and suppliers.

Sljedeća globalna pravila podnošenja ponuda moraju biti konfigurirana u skladu s time:
- Dopusti dobavljačima slanje ponuda e-poštom mora se uključiti.
- Moraju li sudionici poboljšati svoje ponude mora se isključiti
Ova značajka podržana je u klasičnom korisničkom sučelju SAP Ariba Sourcinga i korisničkom sučelju vođenog nabavljanja. Kako biste upotrebljavali ovu značajku u korisničkom sučelju vođenog nabavljanja, na vašem virtualnom mjestu mora biti omogućeno vođeno nabavljanje i morate biti član grupe Kupac za kategoriju.
Za kupce: pitanja ili uvjeti stavke koji imaju tip odgovora kao certifikat nisu podržani.
