This feature enables suppliers participating in email bidding events to attach supporting files as a .zip package to their bid response emails. Suppliers can specify the exact names of the supporting files in the relevant fields of the Excel file, add the supporting files to a single .zip file, and send the updated Excel file and the .zip file as attachments to the reply email.
There is currently no support for supplier attachments in email bidding, which means buyers either can't leverage the feature, or have to manage attachments separately with their suppliers.
Allow suppliers to submit attachments when bidding by email, so that the entire bidding process can happen via email, which eliminates a lot of confusion and effort for both buyers and suppliers.

Le paramètre ICM Application.ACM.EmailBiddingWithStandardExcel doit être activé. Pour plus d'informations, voir Activer le dépôt d'offre par e-mail avec un fichier Microsoft Excel d'offre standard.
Les règles de dépôt d'offre globales suivantes doivent être configurées en conséquence :
- Autoriser les fournisseurs à soumettre des offres par e-mail doit être activé.
- Les participants doivent-ils améliorer leurs offres ? doivent être désactivés.
Cette fonctionnalité est prise en charge dans l'interface utilisateur classique de SAP Ariba Sourcing et dans l'interface utilisateur du sourcing guidé. Pour utiliser cette fonctionnalité dans l'interface utilisateur du sourcing guidé, le sourcing guidé doit être activé sur votre site et vous devez être membre du groupe Acheteur de catégorie.
Pour les acheteurs : les questions ou les conditions d'article dont le type de réponse est Certificat ne sont pas prises en charge.
