How do I cancel an in-progress supplier registration


Resolution

To cancel a supplier registration, you must be a member of the Supplier Registration Manager or SM Ops Administrator group.

The supplier must be private (not linked to an SAP Business Network account) and have one of the following registration status:

If the supplier is public and has an SAP Business Network ID (ANID) linked, unlink the supplier user and ANID first to view the Cancel button.

To cancel the supplier registration:

  1. On the Supplier Management dashboard, locate the supplier whose registration you want to cancel.
  2. Click the supplier's name to open their 360° profile and click on Registration.
  3. Click Cancel.
  4. Enter a message explaining the reason for the cancellation in the pop-up window.
  5. Click Confirm.

The current registration project will now be permanently removed and the supplier will return to Not Invited registration status and a Supplier Registration Manager can start a new internal or external registration for them.

Please note that supplier registration cancellation is only applicable in sites that include SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance or SAP Ariba Supplier Information and Performance Management (new architecture).
